Shipping Policy — Kinetic Machine & Supply

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom tooling orders (punches, laser tooling, press brake tooling, insertion machine tooling) are built to spec and may require 5–10 business days for fabrication before shipment — estimated lead times are noted on the product page or provided at time of order.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard parcel (small parts, controls, consumables, welding accessories): shipped via UPS or FedEx, typically arriving in 3–5 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Freight/LTL (machines, large tooling, bulk pallet orders): heavier or oversized items ship via freight carrier. Freight delivery includes curbside drop-off by default; liftgate service and inside delivery are available on request for an additional fee — contact us before ordering if you need either.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Bulk and freight orders may be quoted separately — contact us for a freight quote on large orders before purchasing.

Bulk and Single Orders
We ship both single-item and bulk/wholesale orders. Bulk orders may ship on a modified timeline coordinated directly with our team; we'll confirm lead time and shipping method before fulfillment.

Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you with an updated ship date. You may choose to wait, substitute, or cancel that line item for a refund.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect freight shipments at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing — this is required for freight damage claims. For all shipments, report damage or loss within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) to our support email or phone so we can file a carrier claim or arrange replacement.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.

Technician Service Calls
This policy covers product shipping only. Scheduling for on-site or in-shop technician service is arranged separately — contact us to book service.
